Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Silayibazi, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience. Every order is carefully packed and handled to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may raise a return or exchange request as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India)

We ship all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–4 working days

• Other Locations: 4–7 working days

International Orders

Estimated delivery within 8–15 working days depending on the destination country and customs process.

Please note: Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier network issues, festivals, or customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A flat COD fee of INR 50 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Please note, COD is currently available only for orders up to INR 4000.

Next Day Delivery

We now offer Next Day Delivery in select locations at an additional charge of INR 450.
