Customer Details - Correct Address and Contact Information
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. In case of incorrect details, your order will be returned to the warehouse. In such a situation we’ll have to charge shipping fee irrespective of prepaid or COD order as essentially we will ship your order twice.
I need help deciding the size I should order!
For any size related queries, please share the product that you’d like to order / or have ordered with your body measurements - Chest, Waist, Hips, and Length. We will be more than happy to make the order to the closest size of your shared measurements.
Please refrain from giving other brands' references as these brands also have different size charts for different styles.

When will you deliver my order?
We ship all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days in metro cities. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for other locations depending on courier service availability.
In case you need your order by a specific date, please mention it in the order notes while placing your order.
Please Note: During high order volume periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. If there is any significant delay in your shipment, our team will inform you via email or phone call.
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange garments within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the garments are unused, are in the original packaging and have all the original tags attached.
The first exchange is completely free. Any additional exchange request after the first exchange will be charged INR 100.
Once we receive the package, we will review and process the exchange.
What is your return policy?
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and must have all original tags attached with no visible signs of wear or use.
Refunds are provided only in the form of Silayibazi Store Credits, which can be used anytime on silayibazi.in.

How long does it take to receive your refund or store credit?
We request you to wait until the product reaches our warehouse for a quality check. Once approved, your Silayibazi Store Credit will be issued within 48 hours.
Usually, it takes around 7 to 10 days for the returned product to reach our warehouse depending on your location.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
We only charge a flat shipping fee of INR 50 for COD orders as our delivery partners charge additional rates for cash collection.
Please note, Cash on Delivery is available only for orders up to INR 4000.
How do you handle lost or damaged returns?
To manage lost or damaged returns, where the customer is not at fault, we will bear the cost of the same. To ensure fair returns, we conduct two quality checks.

All orders placed on Silayibazi are dispatched through Delhivery.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
We offer next day delivery service at an additional charge of INR 450.
However, availability depends on your location and product availability. Please mention your requirement in the order notes or contact our team before placing the order to confirm availability.
