Return and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Any cancellation request after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Window

We provide easy returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery for issues related to size, fit, or quality.

You can choose to receive a replacement for the same item or select a different product from our collection.

The first exchange is completely free. Any additional exchange request after the first exchange will be charged INR 100.

3. Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within the 14-day window.

Once your request is approved, the replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 working days depending on your location.

4. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only as Silayibazi Store Credits that can be used anytime for future purchases on our website - silayibazi.in.
